- To manage the execution of projects performed by the Company.
- Monitor project performance and provide project cost and revenue feedback.
- Collaborate with the onshore and offshore teams to ensure the project is delivered according to the scope of work.
- To be client facing and develop strong relationship throughout the project life cycle.
- To develop opportunities to bid for relevant work with existing and new clients.
- Support the development of the Company market strategy and business planning.
- To produce technical and commercial proposals for projects of interest.
- To provide support in developing projects awards and assisting with risk management as required.
- Encourage safe working methods that promote health and safety and challenge those who do not work in a safe manner.
- A relevant degree in geophysical / geotechnical / marine sciences or similar.
- A minimum of 5 year's project management/commercial experience.
- Proven track record with knowledge of geophysical / geotechnical or marine investigation techniques.
- Strong commercial acumen and contractual awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with others.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined and having the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks within a project and multiple projects.
- Computer literate to an intermediate or advanced level, including knowledge of MS Word; Excel; and MS Project.
