- Identify cost savings and efficiencies utilising current resources and operational synergies to drive improvement where possible
- Liaise with the Finance Manager to record and track assumptions, and actual savings to identify the true benefit and any gainshare opportunities
- Identify new/emerging technologies to explore as part of the site digital agenda, also liaise with tech incubators and academic institutes to explore "outside of the box" solutions
- Enhance staff performance through the implementation and management of engagement initiatives, providing appropriate learning opportunities, fostering a culture of long-term engagement with staff
- You'll have continuous improvement experience within a warehouse environment and experience within a highly automated, technologically advanced environment would be beneficial
- You'll possess expert knowledge of business improvement methodologies and be Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified as a minimum
- You'll have proven experience of leading successful CI or business transformation programmes
- You'll be people focused and able to demonstrate empathy, engagement and development
