National Account Executive – E-commerce
Childs Farm is an innovative children's skincare brand that has a bold, clear vision to be the world's leading natural, sustainable sensitive skincare brand.
Sitting within our newly created 'Growth Markets' business unit, this role will manage the day to day running of the D2C site as well as managing our Amazon business and ads strategy plus other pureplay accounts.
Working closely with the Childs Farm commercial and marketing team this role will be fundamental in driving our e-commerce agenda through owned and 3P channels.

NAM E-commerce
Internal Peers:
Commercial and Category teams, Brand team, Supply Planning, Product Development, Finance
External Peers:
Buyers, Supply Managers, Marketing Teams, Amazon Agency, Affiliate networks
Management of some smaller UK pureplay accounts – eg Just My Look
Supporting the NAM Amazon on day to day tasks
Develop and implement annual promotional planning, in line with the Childs Farm Commercial guardrails, maximising sales opportunities within key periods, whilst managing the P&L and trade spend efficiently
Successfully launch NPD in line with brand strategy
Develop strong networks and partnerships across all relevant departments with all accounts
Ensure consistent excellent service to retailers, delivering a best in class approach
Participation in key business meetings such as forecast validation, NPD and brand meetings, presenting a review of account performance identifying challenges and opportunities as appropriate
Work closely with the Brand team to develop relevant and new content for the website, including eCRM and email management
Keeping up to date with e-commerce trends, technology and insights.
Analysis of EPOS and website traffic to drive actionable insights and detect trends
1+ years experience in commercial and/or e-commerce function, Amazon experience advantageous
