    Description

    Land Acquisition Manager SolarEnergyProjects

    Location:London(Hybrid)

    Responsibilities:

    • Overseethe negotiation and acquisition of landagreements.
    • Maintain dailycommunication and rapport with landowners land agents and legalrepresentatives including arranging and facilitating site meetingsthroughout projectprogression.
    • Conductinitial investigations into property titles by examining landregistry records and collaborating with landowners and theirrepresentatives.
    • Provideregular updates and collaborate with the development team toenhance project efficiency and minimize potentialrisks.
    • Play a vital rolein identifying and securing promising project opportunities whilefostering close collaboration with our grid operations and planningteams.
    • Take the lead orprovide support in the initial stages of development includingplanning management coordination and financial oversight ofrenewable energyprojects.

    RequirementsandQualifications:

    • Extensivebackground in the development of solar energy projects encompassingsite identification feasibility assessments and land developmentinitiatives.
    • Profoundunderstanding of land rights contractual agreements and essentialelements of siteevaluation.
    • Advancedproficiency in contract management adept at guiding legalrepresentatives and landowners through the negotiation andcontracting process.
