    У команду Kiss My Apps шукаємо User Acquisition Manager . Ми шукаємо людину, яка готова до викликів та любить тестувати нові можливості.
    Kiss My Apps — це українська стартап-студія, що спеціалізується на розробці mobile first продуктів.
    За останній рік загальний MRR продуктів, що входять до Kiss My Apps виріс у 5 разів, зараз наші продукти залучають до 1.5М нових користувачів щомісяця, а загальна аудиторія вже більше 30М користувачів.
    В нашому портфоліо більше 30 додатків різних категорій: Astrology, Utilities, Lifestyle, Health & Fitness, та інші.

    Твої скіли:
    Щонайменше 2 роки досвіду в залученні користувачів. Мінімум 3 місяці досвіду роботи з мобільними додатками є обов'язковим.
    Досвід управління рекламними кампаніями в Facebook. Досвід роботи з іншими мережами буде плюсом.
    Глибоке розуміння ключових принципів маркетингу, болів користувачів та способів маніпулювання ними.
    Хороше розуміння процесу виробництва креативу.
    Хакерський склад розуму — вміння знаходити альтернативні шляхи досягнення цілей, оминаючи вузькі місця та перешкоди.
    Когнітивна емпатія — здатність розуміти болі та потреби користувачів.
    Розуміння основних маркетингових метрик: CPM, CTR, CPA, LTV.
    Сильні аналітичні навички в роботі з даними, цифрами та метриками.
    Знання англійської мови на рівні Upper Intermediate.
    Сильне бажання вчитися, розвиватися та брати на себе відповідальність.
    Команда чекає від тебе:
    Проведення маркетингових досліджень для вибору релевантних мереж та розробки стратегії запуску нового продукту.
    Реалізація стратегії запуску та виконання KPI за результатами запуску.
    Покрокова оптимізація процесу тестування для підвищення ефективності.

    Надаємо зручну техніку незалежно від формату роботи.
    Ще важливо:
    Kiss My Apps — частина Netpeak Group . Наразі близько 20% команди Netpeak Group задіяна у різних ініціативах з протидії російській пропаганді. Деякі з них — у кооперації з партнерами, Міністерством цифрової трансформації України та кіберполіцією. Є декілька напрямків волонтерських проєктів, у яких ми приймаємо участь: створення контенту, реклама у соціальних мережах, промоушен українських продуктів, гуманітарна допомога. Команда ГО «Моє Місто», яка входить до складу Netpeak Group, разом із волонтерами наразі займається забезпеченням життєдіяльності притулків для тварин, а також допомагає закупками необхідного деяким підрозділам ЗСУ.
