Data Quality LeadOur client, a leading company in the Insurance industry, is looking for a permanent Data Quality Lead to join their Data team.
Develop and implement data quality strategies and processesEnsure data standards and best practices are followed
Develop a framework for data validation to assure data integrity for regulatory and strategic requirements
Implement data validation rules in data quality tools ensuring the rules reflect data quality standards and requirements
Analyse and identify data quality issues and recommend solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality
Monitor and report on data quality metrics
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that summarise data quality metrics, trends, and improvements providing a clear view of data quality
Background in data quality management with experience in data validation rule implementation
Experience carrying out data profiling
Demonstrated understanding of the importance of data quality and the impact on business objectives and risk management
Strong understanding of data quality concepts and methodologies
Experience with data profiling and data cleansing tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Technical proficiency in SQL, Power BI, DQPro
