    Description
    We are looking for a Head of Strategy to lead the strategy department in the London office.

    You will have ultimate responsibility for the strategists within the London office – inspiring them, helping make their work better, as well as developing their careers and managing their welfare.

    Carat is a front door to the One Dentsu network.

    We are after a natural people person who can gain the respect of very senior clients, hold a room in big pitches, and also inspire junior people and help them feel good about themselves.

    Held a very senior strategic position in a Media/Creative agency
    This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements.
