- As a Residential Service Manager, you will be responsible for the daytoday management of our residential care facility, ensuring that it operates smoothly and efficiently.
- You will oversee a team of dedicated staff members, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and implement personcentred care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and comfort.
- To support service users to ensure that their physical, social and emotional needs are met.
- To support the personal development of each service user, ensuring that they are treated as an individual with their own unique support needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment within the residential facility, promoting a sense of community and belonging among residents and staff alike.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and requirements, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed diligently.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the residential Learning Disability care sector, ideally as a Residential Service Manager.
- RMA / NVQ 5 or equivalent desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Good knowledge of CQC.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices within the residential care sector.
- A relevant qualification in health and social care management or a related field would be advantageous.
