    We are currently looking for an adaptable and enthusiastic person to join our team as an Import & Export Coordinator, on a 12-month fixed term contract.

    This is a great opportunity for someone to start their journey at Midwich, seeing export of our products through from quoting deliveries, managing orders, shipping and ultimately ensuring our orders arrive at their correct destination – globally.

    Manage the export process from start to finish.


    • Liaise with customers (internal and external) to obtain all required correct information to deliver a successful export service.
    • Prepare and check accuracy of all Export paperwork prior to Order dispatch.
    • Provide transport companies with the relevant information to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
    • Any other duties as required by management for the smooth and efficient operation of the Import/Export and Logistics department.
    Proficient Computer user with good knowledge of all Microsoft office programs.
