    Reporting to a sales manager, you will have an assigned territory and develop an excellent level of product or service knowledge to support customer questions and promote offerings.

    Along the way, you will have access to excellent training opportunities to grow and enhance your skills and career. 2+ years of work experience in digital media sales, IT, account management or a related function
    ~6+ years of experience in a quota -carrying sales role
    ~ Fluency in languages required
    ~ Knowledge of how Internet advertising technology works and the ability to explain it in ordinary terms
    ~ Qualify and develop outbound sales leads and respond to product enquiries
    ~ Run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects
    ~ Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in Salesforce
    ~ Work with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound efforts
    ~ Assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners and other sources
    ~ Help identify the best solutions for customers and how to implement those solutions
    ~ Reach mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
    ~ Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
    ~ Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound
    ~ Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured

    Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
