We are searching for atalented Sales focussed Account Director who has prior experienceof handling sales within the insurance industry. You will bringyour expertise andprevious client relationships and become the gotoperson for the companywhen identifyingandstrategizing opportunitiesfor business growth within the insurance sector. MUST HAVE BOTHINSURANCE AND TELCO SECTOR EXPERIENCE.
You willhave the ability to drive sustainable financial growth throughboosting sales and forging strong relationshipswithclients.
You will assist in the growth of theirmarket leading product and price point to help you achieve bothyour and thebusinesses goals for their investors. You will beworking directly with the Head of Sales and other key stakeholdersacross the business i.e. Head of Marketing CSM product planning andtheinstallationteam.
Responsibilities:
Be the customer facing representative of the companyand productwithin the insuranceindustry.
Work yourpreexisting network and build relationships with the keystakeholders in the insurance industry showcasing the benefits oftheproductand how it can help them solve their connectivitychallenges.
Aattend the major conferencesnetworking events within the insurance industry.
Work closely with marketing network CSM and the build teams to seekout and maximize all sale opportunities.
Drivean insurance vertical specific sales campaign to be the Go toperson for high end connectivity in London.
Collaborate with the internal departments and external partners toexecute business plans and strategies for all industry relatedbusiness possibilities.
Evaluate customerrequirements and build business cases for the insurancelandscapesneeds and wants.
Be able to hold yourown with the current on trend topics and lingo in the industry aswell as navigate their specific connectivityneeds.
Support the management in contractdevelopment customer negotiations and productenhancements.
Generate new sales fromcustomers.
Experience:
Demonstrable experience of selling into the insurance industry andto be equipped with potential clients fromdayone.
Experience working in a fastpaced B2Bsales environment (preferably Saas or Telco).
The ability to be positive possess a great work ethic andpassionate to overachieve.
Experience of workingwith CRM systems and sales enablement tools preferably Salesforceand Outreach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office andother office productivity tools with ability to learn new softwareand systems.
Abilityto articulate your ideas andapproach to a wide array of audiences.
Abilityto prioritise workload and meet targets set byothers.
Ability to work crossfunctionally andinfluence decision making with seniorlevel audiences withouthesitation.
Take personal responsibility to meetcommitments and actively seek additional responsibility all whilstworkingconsistently with unparalleled attention todetail.
Team player and can communicate well toa variety of stakeholders and peers.
Fluent inEnglish (written and verbal).
Work to all salesKPIs both weekly and monthly.
