    Description
    Our Finance team in Newcastle are looking for two Legal Cashiers to join their busy team.

    Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the Legal Cashier will assist with the finance and accounting functions of the department, ensuring strict compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.

    The role involves the daily maintenance of client and office ledgers and related records; cash allocations and online electronic payments (BACS, Faster Payments, Chaps and Cheques) as well as debiting online electronic payments to the finance system.

    The Legal Cashier will also be responsible for client balances, taking card payments from clients and assisting with queries received both internally and externally.

    This role will be full time in the office.
