    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Process financial transactions including accounts payable andreceivable

    Maintain accuratefinancial records and documentation

    Prepare and process invoices expense reports and other financialdocuments

    Reconcile bank statementsand ensure accuracy of financial data

    Assist with monthend and yearend closingprocedures

    Monitor and manage pettycash transactions

    Prepare financialreports for management review

    Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance withfinancial policies and procedures

    Deal with payroll

    Deal withVAT



    Requirements

    Requirements:

    Proven experience as a Legal Cashier or in a similar role withknowledge of solicitors accountsrules

    Proficient in using accountingsoftware such as LEAP or Xero

    Strongknowledge of accounts payable and receivableprocesses

    Excellent attention todetail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping

    Ability to prioritize tasksand meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment

    Strong communication andinterpersonal skills to work effectively with team members andclients
