- Supervising a team of IRATA technicians and operational personnel.
- Proficiency in all aspects of Rope Access Operations including Rescue, Rigging and Hauling Systems.
- Delivering toolbox talks, project briefs, and liaising with customers on-site.
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of the IRATA International Code of Practice (ICOP) and key legislation.
- Undertaking planning tasks including compiling risk assessments and method statements.
- Carrying out pre-works site visits, meetings, and aiding with compliance audits.
- Providing support at company demonstrations, events, and functions.
- Assisting with equipment inspections and logistics.
- IRATA Level 3 Certification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Proficient in time management and prioritising tasks.
- Capability to adapt and perform in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel as required.
- Experience within the construction sector desirable

Overview
Position: IRATA Level 3 Supervisor
Location: Nationwide Coverage (based from Ellesmere Port, Cheshire).
Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00.
Salary: circa. £45,000.00 p.a. basic + overtime.
Benefits: Paid Travel Expenses, Annual Bonus, Company Pension, Mobile Phone, Laptop, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
The Role
We have a great opportunity for an IRATA Level 3 Supervisor to join our growing team. Based from our office in Ellesmere Port, you will be leading operational teams working on various onshore projects throughout the UK.
