Description

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while assisting clients in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their requirements.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice, and achieving sales targets.
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing rapport and building trust.

Sales Generation:

Proactively identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads generated through various channels, including walk-ins, phone inquiries, and digital platforms.

Negotiate terms of sale, including price, trade-in value, and financing arrangements, to secure a mutually beneficial agreement.

Provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience for customers.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and vehicle inventory using dealership CRM systems.
Prepare sales contracts, finance agreements, and other relevant documentation accurately and efficiently.

Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay updated on the latest products, features, and promotions through ongoing training and self-study.
Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Enthusiasm for Kia vehicles and a passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software applications.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
