    Job PurposeWe are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Treasury function.

    The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment, have an outstanding work ethic and have the ability to work individually on projects as well as part of a team.

    They will possess great interpersonal communication skills and have the ability to develop and maintain relationships across the business. You will help drive our Treasury department forward. Your responsibilities include maintaining company accounts and banking processes, as well as allocating funds on a daily basis. You will also support and simplify processes and work towards automating where relevant treasury processes.
    Key ActivitiesDaily cash reporting including commentary and actionsPrepare Cash Flow forecast (13 week outlook and multi month forward looking forecast)

    Take a business partnering approach, ensuring constant communication with key business teams to understand upcoming short term cash requirements and longer-term liquidityMaintaining Group cash position and managing funding requirements across the groupBank account maintenanceBusiness partnering with Shared Service Centre and Finance teams for Month EndHelp manage banking relationshipsQuery resolutionKnowledge & ExperiencePreferred Education/ Qualifications:
    Bachelor / Master degreeMinimum 4 years of relevant work experience (Investment Banking, Private Equity, Accountancy Firm or High Yield Corporate)


    Skills & Abilities:
    Proven experience in treasury management, preferably in a complex group function.
    Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills.

    Excellent communication (verbal and written)Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPointAmbitious and highly motivated with a positive can do attitudeComfortable in a fast pace international environment with desire/ability to travelIndependent and pro-active with a strong work ethic and ability to act as a team player.
