    Job Title: Bid Writer - Social Housing

    Our Client is a leading Construction company committed to delivering high-quality solutions in the social housing sector. With a proven track record of excellence, they are dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable solutions to meet the diverse needs of the clients.

    Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bid Writer with in-depth knowledge of the social housing sector to join a dynamic team. As a Bid Writer, you will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities through the preparation of compelling and competitive bids.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Research and gather information to create high-quality bid responses.
    2. Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to develop comprehensive bid content.
    3. Tailor bid responses to meet the specific requirements of social housing projects.
    4. Ensure all bids are submitted within specified deadlines and comply with tender requirements.
    5. Maintain a thorough understanding of the social housing market, industry trends, and competitor activities.
    6. Review and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company messaging.
    7. Identify opportunities for improvement in the bid process and contribute to the development of best practices.
    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as a Bid Writer, preferably with a focus on social housing projects.
    2. Strong knowledge of social housing policies, regulations, and industry standards.
    3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
    4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
    5. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
    6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    7. Familiarity with procurement processes and tender documentation.
    8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
