Who Are We Looking For?
We are in search of individuals who:
Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Bring previous sales experience to the table (Technology Sales or Staffing experience is a plus).
Excel in phone-based business-to-business cold/warm calling.

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, as well as organizational skills.

What to Expect?
As a pivotal part of our sales team, your responsibilities will include:
Engaging in cold/warm calling to connect with potential clients.
Spearheading lead generation and pursuit, identifying new business avenues and managing existing accounts.
Cultivating your client portfolio and exploring opportunities within current accounts.
Showcasing our entire service portfolio, including Perm, Contract, K2 University, K2 Managed Solutions, and K2 Konnect.
Addressing client pain points with tailored solutions.
Mastering contract negotiation.
Nurturing and sustaining professional client relationships.
Adapting to a 360 capacity or collaborating with resource teams to meet staffing needs within accounts.
Efficiently managing client pipelines through the entire sales life cycle.
