- Design and pilot special processes for Customer Success Shippers, driving continuous improvement and change management
- Proactively lead transformation efforts across the team and the business, aligning on key objectives for success
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient program implementation and influence stakeholders effectively
- Implement governance mechanisms, metrics, and reporting for performance evaluation
- Measure and enhance Customer Experience through specific mechanisms
- Identify and implement enhancements in products and services to elevate customer offerings
- Review and enhance business processes, systems, and team skills to deliver best practice initiatives
- Utilize agile methods and program management skills to drive Customer transformation programs
- Experience in project or program management
- Ability to work with both tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in data-driven process improvement initiatives
- Supply chain experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and effectively communicating results to senior leadership
- Proficiency in leading process improvements and stakeholder management across different organizational levels
- Ability to build processes, manage projects, and schedules effectively
