    Description

    We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our EU Commercial Team at Amazon Freight (AF).

    This role involves recruiting European Shippers, supporting the senior commercial team with telemarketing campaigns, and handling inbound sales inquiries.


    This position is office-based but offers the flexibility to work remotely for up to two days per week in line with current guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Enable sales teams for higher speed and efficiency.
    • Manage inbound sales inquiries and CRM software.
    • Assist new customers with self-service tools.
    • Make outbound calls for research campaigns.
    • Qualify leads for senior sales team.

    A day in the life:

    The successful candidate will engage with clients, introduce them to account managers, and accelerate the growth of the Amazon Freight portfolio.

    About the team:

    Amazon Freight is a B2B start-up within Amazon Transportation Services, Europe, offering innovative technology-driven solutions for logistics needs.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    - Sales and/or customer service experience.

    • Proficiency in German and English.
    • Experience with MS Office.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    - Experience with stakeholders, additional language skills a plus.

    • Experience in transportation, logistics, operations, etc.
    • Knowledge of CRM and data tools.
    • Bachelor's degree.
