    Key Responsibilities:

    • Independently solve operational issues before they impact customers.
    • Bring a holistic perspective to decision-making.
    • Design and maintain large-scale operations.
    • Translate business needs into functional solutions.
    • Prioritize projects and lead cross-departmental initiatives.
    • Act as an escalation point for support leads.
    • Make strategic business decisions based on operational insights.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • A degree.
    • Team management experience.
    • Program or project management experience.
    • Cross-functional work experience.
    • Supply chain knowledge.
    • Program development and data analysis skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Process improvement and automation experience.
    • Proficiency in data mining and management.
