    Description

    This is a brand new role- as we're now in the position to offer an Employee Benefits proposition- which you will start, lead and grow (with plenty to start off from within the Group).

    Reporting to the Regional Managing Director for London/ South, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and provide them with a full range of consulting services for health insurance, income protection, and other Insurance/ Group benefits.

    We're flexible with remote/ hybrid working options (2 from home, 3 in the office). Manage relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer service
    Provide advice and guidance to clients on benefits program design and implementation
    To ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, e.g.

    You will be the type of person who is passionate about new business and growing the book/ client base- constantly looking to secure opportunities and leads- and building relationships.

    Great customer service skills
    Excellent telephone manner, being able to network & build working relationships easily
    Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance
