    Description

    Job Description We're really excited to be partnered with a Growth Equity, Climate Technology investor who have just raised a fund.

    They target lower mid-market investments, across Northern Europe, that have positive environmental impact.

    They are located in both LONDON and AMSTERDAM.
    You can be based in EITHER location
    They're looking to hire for 2 vacancies, an Analyst and Senior Associate.

    Analyst
    1-2 years of experience (If you're from a Big 4 this is more flexible).

    Relevant backgrounds:
    Big 4 Corporate Finance or Transaction Services. M&A or Private Equity within the growth sphere - any connection to climate technology or sustainability topics is advantageous.
    Quantitative with the capability to work with financial models, run valuations etc.

    Senior Associate
    4-6 years of experience.

    Required background:
    Several years working in private equity investments (either growth or buy out). Ideally some connection to climate technology.

    Must have worked on transactions end to end and be familiar with all deal phases in an M&A or equity context.


    For both positions:
    Clear passion for building a career in climate technology.
    Sound commercial judgement. Demonstration that you understand and foster an 'investor mindset'.
    Entrepreneurial and very comfortable working in a start-up feel environment. This means sometimes taking part in tasks that you wouldn't in a more structured, much larger organisation.
    Additional European Languages, specifically French and German are beneficial.
