    Description

    We are searching for a dynamic and agile Assistant FP&A Analyst to join our Bulletproof London studio. You'll be working within one of the top design agencies, whose clients include world renowned exciting consumer brands. You'll be an integral part of the finance team assisting in the financial operations of the agency.

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    Your main duties and responsibilities include:

    · Promoting the Company vision and standards across commercial and finance.

    · Maintaining an in depth understanding of the financial structure, objectives and vision of the agency

    · Assisting in the preparation of various reporting to support management planning and decision making.

    · Preparing fortnightly cash flow, debtors, creditors and FX reporting.

    · Reporting agency timesheet completeness and staff utilisation to senior management on a weekly basis.

    · Preparing quarterly client reporting alongside the client services team and other ad hoc client reports.

    · Assisting with the preparation of group budgets, forecasts and reforecasts.

    · Generating weekly financial reporting, producing snapshot data when required.

    · Performing company and client analysis based on metrics including growth, profitability, efficiency and affordability.

    · Carrying out data housekeeping of our project management system to aid accurate reporting.

    · Working closely with local finance teams to maintain and refine financial processes.

    · Continuously reviewing, developing and improving KPI's used by senior management.
