    BAPE is a leading premium streetwear brand that offers iconic designs and original patterns such as "BAPE CAMO", "BAPE STA", "SHARK HOODIE" and "BABY MILO".

    In its global expansion, BAPE now has a presence worldwide in the US, UK, China and various Asian countries.

    As a member of the BAPE retail team, you will serve as an ambassador of the BAPE brand and help us keep our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and brand experience at our retail stores.

    The primary responsibility of the Store Manager is to provide leadership and direction to the store team members and successfully achieve company goals.

    This person will ensure optimal staffing levels through recruitment, education and motivating the BAPE team who in turn will impact the store performance.

    They will ultimately be setting the example for quality customer service and engagement. The Store Manager will be expected to execute company strategies through maximizing store profitability.

    They will have control over store expenses, protecting company assets, and managing overall store standards and processes for customer service excellence, merchandise & inventory, retail operations and ensuring team participation is consistent and well managed.


    Store sales management:
    achieve store sales targets monthly and annually, maximize store sales and profitability
    ~ Manage and maintain staff productivity levels, set team KPI's and oversee effective delegation of daily in-store responsibilities
    ~ Manage day-to-day operations of the team, providing on-brand individual and group coaching, organize and lead staff meetings, briefings, performance reviews and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are being followed
    ~ Monitor and maintain customer service excellence and ensure staff are providing quality shopping experience in-store
    ~ Coach and mentor team in all areas of customer service and engagement, ensuring product and brand history knowledge is up to date and accurate
    ~ Partner with the Operations Manager and HR to set general performance goals for team to encourage personal development, addressing performance issues, facilitating disciplinary actions and terminating employees when necessary
    ~ Ensure compliance with employee record keeping policies and procedures for any HR/Payroll requirements according to company standards and policies
    ~ Contribute towards achieving all financial and operational objectives including expense control, loss prevention, store inventory audits, and reporting to senior management as required
    ~ Support in the organization of in-store marketing events and pro-actively grow professional relationships to increase brand awareness and drive traffic
    ~ Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met in accordance with instructions from the VM team from Headquarters, direct and implement merchandising allocation, assortment and replenishment, ensure daily housekeeping standards are maintained on shop floor
    ~ 3+ years in a similar role at Store Managerial level in fashion retail
    ~ Experience in a department store is preferred
    ~ Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results, with strong business acumen
    ~ Proven ability to meet business goals through driving results in store
    ~ Strong interpersonal skills and able to display good leadership qualities, enthusiasm to motivate and drive a team
    ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, good mathematical literacy
    ~ Ability to prioritize workload efficiently and able to work on a flexible schedule
