    Circa £50k DOE | Flexible Hours | Exeter

    Following sustained and successful growth, our client seeks a

    Purchasing Manager

    to join their team in Exeter.

    This role offers flexibility in its hours, covering Monday – Friday 08:30-17: hours per week.

    Purchasing Manager Responsibilities include:
    nCreate stock forecasts based on the latest market information covering global officesnMaintain positive relationships with the wider supplier base, and ensure lead times match forecasting demands, holding suppliers accountable to schedules and pricing agreementsnSourcing of new suppliers, with a focus on improved service performancenSet up SKUs and BOMs on SagenCommunication with the sales and operations teams to ensure a coherent process, providing performance-based reports for review

    Purchasing Manager Requirements include:
    nPrevious experience in a similar rolenIdeally you will hold qualifications in the following areas - Supply Chain or Procurement Management and/or Business Administration (But not essential)nGood experience with Sage accounts software or similarnConfident in pricing negotiations when requirednCompetent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
