    Join Our Team as a Purchasing Manager at a Luxury Boutique Hotel in London!

    We are a luxury boutique hotel in London, part of a group with an expanding portfolio of properties across the city.

    We are seeking talented individuals to join our team and contribute to our exciting growth.

    We are currently looking for a Purchasing Manager to join us. The successful candidate will oversee all procurement activities, build supplier relationships, and ensure optimal product quality at competitive prices.

    This role offers the opportunity to advance to a cluster purchasing manager, overseeing multiple hotels.

    This is an exciting chance for a skilled Buyer or Purchasing Manager to join our dynamic team with excellent prospects for career progression.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute procurement strategies
    • Negotiate to secure the best prices
    • Manage the end-to-end procurement process efficiently
    • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders
    • Drive process improvements and cost reductions
    • Monitor market trends and supplier performance

    Desired Buyer Profile:

    • Prior buying experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
    • Background in purchasing high-quality goods is a plus
    • Experience in fast-paced procurement environment
    • CIPS qualification is desirable
    • Proficiency in category strategy and strategic sourcing
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
