    Ambit And we have everything you need for a Detail & Build or Traditionally procured fit out project. Our team are close knit, dependable and highly experienced within the construction industry.

    We work across London and nationally with the support of the Workplace Futures Group and our extensive supply chain partners.

    Our dependability is a given and our outstanding team have a solid a track record for consistently delivering high quality CAT A and CAT B projects with professional teams, Landlords and End Users.

    Our management team are experts in a variety of construction disciplines, so we are well placed to deliver not only standard commercial office fit out but also more technically complex projects, including cladding, structural work, data centres and have a track record which includes major projects valued more than £20m.

    We understand that every project has varied requirements and our in-house designers are able to seamlessly integrate with the existing professional team, working collaboratively to provide everything from full design and build to light touch co-ordination, always retaining design intent.

    Your focus will be...

    Develop and execute the design strategy, aligning it with the company's vision and project objectives, while fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.

    Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of designers, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.

    Provide design direction and guidance throughout all project phases, ensuring design concepts align with client requirements, functionality, and feasibility.

    Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and external stakeholders to integrate design solutions seamlessly into project plans.

    Drive innovation in design approaches, materials, and techniques to achieve visually stunning and functional outcomes that surpass industry standards.

    Ensure design concepts align with sustainability goals, incorporating eco-friendly practices and materials where possible.
    Maintain a high standard of design excellence, ensuring that designs meet client expectations, design intent, and regulatory requirements.
    Collaborate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into innovative design solutions that exceed expectations.

    Proven experience in a Senior capacity within the construction or architecture industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions.

    Proven experience working on commercial office fit-out projects
    Excellent knowledge of design principles, trends, materials, and construction techniques, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
    Ability to balance creativity with practicality, ensuring designs are both innovative and feasible within project constraints.
    Proficiency in design software and tools for conceptualization, visualization, and presentation of design concepts.
    Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project needs and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
