- Conducting typing and audio typing for various communication channels such as letters, faxes, memos, emails, and documents.
- Crafting court documents with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Preparing documents and overseeing the filing of statutory returns.
- Managing telephone communication, handling both outgoing and incoming calls on behalf of the solicitor.
- Handling email correspondence on behalf of the solicitor.
- Coordinating appointments, maintaining up-to-date records, and managing contacts.
- Performing filing, faxing, and photocopying tasks while ensuring records are consistently updated.
- One year or more of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of the associated responsibilities.
- Confident and strong communication skills, crucial for effective collaboration within the team and communication on behalf of the solicitor.
- Efficient time management skills, vital for meeting deadlines and adeptly handling a diverse range of tasks associated with the role.
