    Litigation Administrative Specialist - Belfast, United Kingdom - Black Fox Solutions

    Description

    We have established a partnership with a highly successful firm based in Belfast to recruit a Litigation Secretary for a permanent role.

    As an integral team member specializing in litigation, your role will involve a variety of tasks, including:
    Conducting typing and audio typing for various communication channels such as letters, faxes, memos, emails, and documents. Crafting court documents with precision and meticulous attention to detail. Preparing documents and overseeing the filing of statutory returns. Managing telephone communication, handling both outgoing and incoming calls on behalf of the solicitor. Handling email correspondence on behalf of the solicitor. Coordinating appointments, maintaining up-to-date records, and managing contacts. Performing filing, faxing, and photocopying tasks while ensuring records are consistently updated.

    In terms of qualifications and skills, we are looking for candidates with:
    One year or more of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of the associated responsibilities. Confident and strong communication skills, crucial for effective collaboration within the team and communication on behalf of the solicitor.

    Efficient time management skills, vital for meeting deadlines and adeptly handling a diverse range of tasks associated with the role.
