    Description

    Johnson Electric Group is the world's leading provider of innovative motion systems and components for automotive applications, domestic equipment, office equipment, industrial products, consumer products and medical devices. Our motion solutions adjust car seats and headlamps, run vacuum cleaners and power drills as well as several hundreds other applications worldwide.

    We are currently looking for a UK based Key Account Manager to drive the expansion of business within the Industry segment and who can build new customer relationships wherever industrial motion solutions are required. This position is home-based and covers the United Kingdom, home location can be flexible but must be in the UK .

    Your Responsibilities will be to:

  • Increase market penetration and exploit new opportunities for single component applications and subsystems
  • Develop long-term alliances with key clients
  • Drive customer satisfaction to the highest degree considering business circumstances and profitability
  • Formulate and execute all sales and commercial activities for the UK including budgeting, pricing, forecasting, contract management, etc.
  • Identify with Business Units the most appropriate technical solution in terms of technology, profitability, competitiveness and sustainability for the customer base
  • Ensure that Business Unit developments match customer's requirements

    • Our requirements:

  • Engineering degree, preferably in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in similar position
  • Profound market knowledge in the field of actuators and good network in the UK
  • Highly self-organized, motivated and resilient personality
  • Communicative and energetic team player
  • Motivated and interested to meet with customers
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Prior experience with Oracle would be an advantage
