    Description

    This Silver Circle firm has a leading and very sizeable Real Estate practice, with over 50 fee-earners in the team.

    An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate lawyer to join the group at a senior / managing associate level. This individual can expect a broad diet of transactional work including investment, restructuring, development, acquisitions, disposals, corporate support work and real estate finance.

    In addition to a high value and varied workload this individual will be expected to take a lead lawyer's role, in managing and delegating work as appropriate and supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team, whilst also managing the billing process.

    This role would suit a technically strong lawyer who has excellent people skills and who enjoys building managing relationships with both clients and team members. This is individual is likely to have practised in the City with a recognised firm.
