    Are you passionate about providing top-notch clinical care? Do you have a knack for leading and mentoring a team? If so, this Deputy Home Manager role could be the perfect fit for you. This role comes with a fantastic salary of up to £56,010 annually and excellent benefits.

    As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll get to step into the shoes of the Home Manager in their absence, supervising and coaching your team to deliver unparalleled care.

    As a Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
    • Ensuring the level of clinical care surpasses professional standards and legal requirements.
    • 11 Supernumerary hours
    • Providing specialist nursing care and advice.
    • Taking on the role of Home Manager in their absence.
    • Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver mindful care.
    • Managing time effectively and maintaining meaningful records.

    The ideal Deputy Home Manager candidate should have:
    • A valid Pin number and knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice.
    • Experience in person-centred care planning within a care home.
    • Positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people.
    • Excellent mentoring skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
    • A true attentive and generous nature when communicating with residents and co-workers.
