    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are searching for a Shutdown Delivery Lead to join the Spirit team, taking charge of organizing and executing their 2025 TAR project under the CSP contract.

    Accountable for managing the Morecambe Hub Offshore Shutdowns according to Spirit Energy Processes and KPI's.

    Tasks include:

    - Leading offshore shutdown support teams in Aberdeen and offshore locations
    - Ensuring top-notch personal safety leadership and adherence to company standards by all shutdown personnel

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The responsibilities of this role involve:

    - Guiding the shutdown preparation through the Spirit Energy Stage Gate Assurance Process and addressing key findings from reviews
    - Conducting regular offshore visits to engage with stakeholders
    - Managing budget allocation and cost control effectively
    - Coordinating external vendors and overseeing their performance
    - Maintaining robust communication with Offshore Shutdown Coordinators, who report to this position
    - Ensuring all work is planned and executed following company procedures
    - Managing work orders in SAP with comprehensive scope details
    - Collaborating closely with the Materials Controller to secure necessary materials for the shutdown
    - Leading detailed scope workshops and plan reviews during preparation phases
    - Coordinating offshore pre-works preparation and ensuring timely execution of all tasks
    - Overseeing offshore progress, compiling daily reports, and managing scope changes and potential delays
    - Conducting 72-hour planning meetings with key stakeholders, coordinating resource mobilization as needed
    - Handling tools and equipment rentals, ensuring timely return and effective cost management
    - Organizing and leading shutdown meetings with offshore teams, managing ensuing actions
    - Maintaining the offshore Risk Register and ensuring its accuracy and accessibility
    - Providing regular updates to the Management Steering Committee and supporting PSSR Completions process

    - Collaborating with Job Responsible Engineers to ensure scope readiness aligns with the Shutdown Process and SAP Work Order Level

    - Ensuring compliance with technical standards and specifications

    - Working closely with Support Engineers and TA's to close Technical Queries

    - Collaborating with MOC coordinator to prepare for MOC executions and coordinating After Action Reviews to capture learnings and areas for improvement

    QUALIFICATIONS

    The ideal candidate should possess:

    - HNC and/or 5+ years of industry experience in a similar role
    - Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    - Expertise in SAP
    - Extensive experience in leading shutdown delivery teams safely and efficiently
    - Proven ability in conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing mitigating controls
    - Familiarity with plant reinstatement procedures using completions systems and PSSR's
    - Effective communication skills across diverse teams and disciplines
