    Hotel Receptionist

    Job Type:
    Part-Time for 3 months

    We are seeking a friendly and efficient Hotel Receptionist to join our Client's team at their hotel in Ambleside.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a passion for the hospitality industry.

    This is a temporary placement, starting from 1st May for 3 months.

    8 hours per day and can range from 2 to 5 days per week and day or nightshift depending on the candidates preference.

    Check guests in and out of the hotel
    Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing
    Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel's facilities and services
    Handle guest complaints and ensure that any issues are resolved promptly
    Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
    Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
    Previous experience working in a hotel receptionist role preferred
