£36,298 - £41,496 per annum (plus 5% enhancement for unsociable hours, sleeping allowance and on call allowance) - Grade: G9

We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate strong leadership in a team that will aspire to deliver the very best care and support that enables children and young people to fulfil their potential.

This is a full-time position and will involve working evenings and weekends and sleep in shifts alongside the staff team.

You will be expected to undertake on call duties as part of a rota.


Important Information
Our Residential Homes can accommodate children up to 18 years of age.

Due to the nature of this post the Department for Education National Minimum Standards state that the employees must be 4 years older than the oldest resident.

Therefore, applicants mustbe 22 years of age or older.

This post is covered by the Government's Code of Practice on the English Language Fluency Duty for public sector workers.

The post holder will be required to communicate verbally with customers and provide advice and/or information in accurate spoken English.
