    Business Analyst - (Data)

    Outside IR35

    Remote

    £300-£400 per day

    4 days per week.

    CarCloud is a platform to help car owners manage the paperwork around their vehicles effortlessly, saving them time and money. We are going through some major upgrades in the infrastructure that powers our web and mobile apps. We are investing in our data solutions to be ready for scale and we need an experienced business analyst to help us ensure that things run smoothly.

    Tasks


    We have an existing MySQL database that powers our apps, which needs to be migrated to a PostgreSQL data warehouse in Azure. Alongside this, we need to build a separate data warehouse to power all our marketing efforts.

    You'll provide input to help us select the right solutions and you'll work closely with our engineering team and 3rd party vendors to ensure that the build and migration run smoothly.

    Requirements


    To be considered for this role you'll need significant experience doing business analysis around data warehouse build and migrations. You'll need strong communication skills to understand the business requirements from stakeholders and you'll need to be technical enough to ensure that developers have the direction they need.

    While we welcome business analysis experience across any tech stack, you must done at least one recent project in Azure.

    This is a part-time business analysis assignment, likely to be 4 days per week, fully remote but you may need to meet with the team very occasionally in Birmingham.
