    Description
    We have a great opportunity to join our Talent Pool for Duty Control Manager based in our control center in Birmingham

    This critical role provides 24/7 operational leadership and is the direct link between our front-line operational teams and the Operations Control Center, ensuring Health, Safety, Security, and continuous improvement are championed throughout to deliver the best possible service to our customers.

    Incident management experience from start through to conclusion including de-brief and learning activity

    Strong proficiency in technology and experienced using the IT systems used would be beneficial but not essential (including but not limited to TRUST, P2, CCF, RJIS, VMS, Web Gemini, Integrale, Microsoft Office and BOT).

    Control posts operate 24 hours a day and involve shift work, therefore nights, shift and weekend working is required along with a positive can-do demeanour to sophisticated problem solving.
