Following significant investment into Children and Young People Services, we have further resourced our teams and enhanced our services for children in need of care and support.
This includes the development of our Family Support Service, where we have a vacancy for a committed and able Team Manager of one of these teams.
We have increased our capacity in our Family Support Service in the last two years and are looking to build stability and consistency for the children we support and our staff.
To be successful, you will:
• Know what good practice looks like.
• Be experienced in delivering excellent outcomes for children, young people and their families.
• Be able to manage risk confidently, take a strength based approach and promote strong partnerships across a range of multi-agency partners.
• Demonstrate commitment to relationship based practice.

About the role
Pay Details: Grade 11 (K) SCP £43,857 - £46,845 p.a.
Salary on appointment will depend upon qualification and experience as determined by the appointing officer.
An annual £5,000 enhancement is paid for this post.
