What is the Role?
As the Metering Services Team Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, motivating, encouraging, and empowering your team in our Metering Services department within Business Energy.
Metering Services provides support to the business by arranging and managing metering work for customers, ensuring the billing system is operating accurately, updating service provider and networks systems, Smart & AMR installs, in addition to managing Xoserve gas volume discrepancies.
