- Managing property maintenance coordination ensuring allproperties meet current legal standards (EPCs Gas SafetyCertificates Electrical Safety Certificates PATTesting).
- Organizing inventories checkins withinventory clerks and tenants.
- Liaising withcontractors and outsourcing resources for timely and satisfactorycompletion of repair/maintenance works.
- Conducting routine and additional property inspectionsreporting findings to landlords.
- Creating costschedules based on checkout reports and mediating negotiationsregarding deposit releases.
- Prompt instructionof payments for contractors deposits and landlord bills.
- Coordinating and preparing tenancy renewals and relevantnotices.
- Upholding company standards andrequirements in all tasks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current property managementlegislation.
- Proven experience in propertymanagement/maintenance.
- Ability to workcollaboratively within a team environment supporting andacknowledging the efforts of colleagues.
- Possession of a full driving license and access to apersonal vehicle.
- Excellent clientfacingcommunication skills professionalism and accountability.
- Desirable experience with Alto software.
- High level of enthusiasm and accountability withproficiency in Microsoft Office and effective keyboardskills.
