    About the RoleWe are seeking a Sr.

    Data Engineer with a minimum of 3 plus years of relevant work experience, preferably 5 plus years, to join our team.

    The ideal candidate has a strong background in database management and would have the necessary skills to explore, analyze, and manipulate data from diverse sources (SQL, Oracle, etc.).

    What You Will Do

    • Explore and analyze data from a wide range of sources to extract actionable insights and drive data-based decision making.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective data pipelines.
    • Prototype, automate, and implement data pipelines, ensuring the efficient and secure transfer of data between systems.
    • Develop and optimize data analytics models and algorithms to facilitate advanced data analysis and reporting.
    • Utilize rapid build technologies and frameworks to expedite the development and deployment of data solutions.
    • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
    • Ensure data quality and accuracy by identifying and resolving data-related issues and inconsistencies.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering to drive innovation within the organization.
    What You Will Need

    • 3 plus years of practical experience as a Data Engineer, preferably 5 plus years.
    • Strong knowledge and experience in database design, management, and administration.
    • Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Java, Scala).
    • Hands-on experience with ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and data integration tools and techniques such as Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, etc.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
    • Proven ability to design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines.
    • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
