About You: Your number one passion is Cruise; you live and breathe all things Cruise. You're excited to share your vast, broad Cruise knowledge with others; to educate, to guide, to advise and to coach others to be Cruise masters just like yourself. You'll be an experienced Cruise sales person, not with just one product but across a range of brands/operators. We work with a multitude of Cruise suppliers so we need to replicate that with the person we hire, having the ability to represent all our suppliers, the USPs, the similarities and the differences; ultimately helping our homeworkers identify & sell the perfect cruise for their customer, delighting them with their Cruise experience. You'll be experienced in generating Cruise leads and converting into sales; you'll be able to teach others in the ways that work, and maintain a creative list of new ways of working to continually develop and grow the Cruise part of their business. You'll need to establish and maintain long standing relationships with our homeworkers, trade partners, suppliers and internally.
