    UX/UI Specialist - Medical Product DevelopmentSalary: Up to £75,000 per annum + 10% BonusAre you a talented UX/UI Specialist with a passion for developing innovative medical products? Our esteemed FTSE 50 business, specializing in medical product development for the health industry, is seeking a skilled individual to join our team.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead UX/UI initiatives and contribute to the development of cutting-edge medical products.

    As the UX/UI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development of medical products, focusing on user experience and interface design.

    Leveraging your expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for physical medical products.

    This role requires proficiency in front-end development to bring designs to life and ensure seamless integration with product development processes.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead UX/UI design efforts for medical products, from concept development to final implementation.
    Conduct user research and gather requirements to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with user needs and expectations.
    Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualize design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
    Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure seamless integration of UX/UI designs with product development processes.
    Develop front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement responsive and interactive user interfaces.
    Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience of medical products.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and front-end development.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on developing physical products.
    Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and projects related to medical product development.
    Proficiency in front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    Knowledge of human factors engineering and usability principles in medical device design is highly desirable.
    Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or related field.
