    Description

    WN1 Sustainability are seeking a Telemarketer who will report to the Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to schedule qualified appointments with key decision-makers.

    Our lighting specialists will then conduct lighting surveys, presenting the outcomes to our clients. Consistent performance and continuous learning through in-house training are crucial aspects of this role.

    We are committed to sustainability and helping our clients achieve carbon net zero. Our sustainability services include energy-efficient LED lighting installations, solar panel installations, and sustainability consulting services. Manage your pipeline and tasks efficiently using our internal CRM system.
    Build rapport and identify cross-selling opportunities for our other sustainability products.
    Schedule qualified appointments using a consultative sales approach.
    Minimum 2 years in an outbound telesales/telemarketer role is essential.
    Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and a strong desire to excel.
    Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software.

    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Salary:
    up to £24,000 depending on experience, with an OTE of £45,000.

    Working Hours:
    Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm work schedule
