We are delighted to be working exclusively with a well-regarded, and prestigious company with huge expansion plans over the coming years. Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant, ideally with estates, or property industry experience? This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful location, with fantastic development opportunities. The role is a permanent position, that is fully office based, reporting into a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that the finance operations are run efficiently.
Your duties will include:
? Managing daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and tracking of cash flow.? Reconciliations of bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.? Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely collection of revenues and payment of expenses.? Preparation, and maintains accurate financial records, reports, and statements in compliance with statutory requirements.? Assisting budget preparation and financial forecasting, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.? Supporting the finance team in the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other regulatory filings.? Assisting in the analysis of financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.? Liaise with external auditors, accountants, and financial institutions as required.? Participate in financial projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:? Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Quickbooks and Excel.? Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.? Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.? AAT Level 4 qualified would be ideal? Proven experience in a similar role is essential, ideally within the property management or real estate sector.
