    Description
    £24,000-£28,000k I am currently working with a well-established a fast-growing manufacturing business to help them find a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join their growing team within their City Centre HQ.

    You will be joining a team of recruiters supporting to hiring for new and existing sites across the UK.

    Offering a salary between £24,000-£28,000 plus a annual bonus based on company performance as well as a clear progression structure.


    The Role:

    • You will manage a candidate pipeline and complete a candidate journey from initial enquiry to employment start date, seamlessly handing over to HR for the new starter process.
    • You will shortlist all candidate applications from our various recruitment platforms and carry out full, detailed telephone screening.
    • You will provide recruitment guidance to Line Managers and where necessary provide support in face to face interviews
    • You will complete candidate compliance ensuring their onboarding is seamless and efficient.
    • You will assist in arranging and attend open days days where necessary.
    • You will operate within agreed SLA's, ensuring that all recruitment processes are adhered to.
    • We require somebody willing to assist at Recruitment Events around the UK
    An Ideal Candidate


    • Recruitment Experience – A minimum of 18 months' agency or internal experience is a must along with a passion for recruiting the very best talent.
    • willing to travel to sites/recruitment events across the UK.
    • Somebody proactive, incredibly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
