    Personal Injury - EL/PL - Solicitor - Manchester - REF 609111CF

    The Role


    This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.


    Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Personal Injury department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.


    The ideal candidate will be an experienced Litigation Executive or Qualified Lawyer with experience handling a caseload of Employers and Public Liability matters.

    The role will encompass managing a caseload comprising of Employers and Public Liability claims alongside supporting on higher-value cases. You may be also required to provide guidance to less experienced fee earners, contingent upon your level of expertise.

    The Candidate

    Personal Injury Solicitor with experience dealing with both pre and post lit EL/PL matters.
    Experience running cases from start to end
    Knowledge of pre-action disclosure processes
    Solid knowledge of Part 7 and Part 8 Civil Procedure Rules
    Ability and confidence to conduct application hearings and CMCs
    Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
    Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
    Excellent organisation and time-management skills
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
