As a member of our Global Sales team, you will ensure that patients who are in need of TMI products have access to them where and when they need them, accelerate and protect the clinical and economic adoption of TMI products at Hospitals, community NHS and the healthcare organizations and pull TMI products through at physician, nurse, and pharmacist levelResponsibilities Include:
Formulary Approval and MaintenanceDevelop current knowledge of formulary approval process and key stakeholders at NHS, hospital, and CCG levelsEstablish and maintain resilient relationships with key clinical and budget stakeholdersExploit relationships with the key players by demonstrating clinical outcomes and financial data to attain and protect formulary approval for TMI productsSales Pull ThroughEstablish and maintain resilient relationships with physician, nurse, and pharmacy targetsPromote TMI products at congresses, tradeshows etc.
Assist in achieving overall regional business development objectivesCompetitive ActivityRecommend and/or implement responses to competitive activity by developing awareness and expertise of any current competitive activity and share insights internalQUALIFICATIONSDegree in Business, Marketing, or Science or a related field of study or equivalent work experience3 years of experience in pursuing formulary approval on non-capital medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
Demonstrated hunger for achieving and growing sales targetsProven track record of achieving business objectivesAbility to influence othersExcellent time management skillsComputer literate with intermediate MS Office literacyABPI qualification is an assetExperience selling respiratory products is an assetAbility to safely and lawfully operate a motor vehicleAt an applicant's request, TMUK will make accommodation to its recruitment process to meet the needs of applicants with disabilities.
