    Job Description:
    Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
    • Agency CoverWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to provide agency cover on the Manor and Hope wards.
    As an RMN, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions. This includes administering medication, assessing patients' needs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments.
    • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
    • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Monitoring patients' mental health and well-being.
    • Providing therapeutic interventions and counseling as required.
    • Collaborating with doctors, therapists, and social workers to coordinate patient care.
    • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
    • Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
    • Participating in team meetings and contributing to care planning discussions.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience working in a mental health setting.
